People find it more interesting the actual career of celebs, their movies, music or, in some cases, even their relationships. For some reason it’s the weight loss that never ceases to be a topic of conversations. Why? Because it’s relatable and because celeb weight loss is usually very dramatic and the results are astounding. Gwen looks incredible these days. And that woman had 3 babies! Can you imagine that? A lot of women struggle their whole life to lose that baby weight after having just one kid. Imagine doing that 3 times. Gwen did it incredibly quickly and effectively too. She apparently did in just 8 weeks by not eating carbs. Her high protein diet seems to have worked really well. She looks amazing.

Jessica Simpson

She’s been criticised for her weight a lot. Her weight fluctuated a lot through the years. But now, after having had two kids, she looks amazing. And it actually looks like this time her weight is going to stay stable. She’s really determined and she attributes her success to weight watchers. She says it’s the weight watchers program that has really helped her lose weight. She’s so into it she became an official spokesperson for weight watchers.

Kelly Osbourne

We couldn’t have a list of female celebs who lost a lot of weight and not include Kelly Osbourne. She’s gone through some dramatic changes. Her weight loss results are incredible and what’s best about it is that it’s all natural. She didn’t have any surgeries to become thinner, she just decided to be healthier and fitter. She started eating better and exercising and the weight started shedding off. One of her favorite ways to exercise is hula-hooping. Apparently it really helps with losing inches off your waist.

This lovely lady managed to lose a hefty 50 pounds in slightly over a year. For Jordin weight loss wasn’t about saying no to her favourite foods. She just opted for smaller portions. Sounds doable, right? That way you can have all your favourite foods but in moderation. So you don’t crave them all the time and then eat too much. Another thing she switched up was her exercising routine. She says it really makes a difference when you’re enjoying your exercises. So she found the types of exercises that she liked and found herself actually looking forward to her gym sessions instead of dreading it.

Jennifer is another proof that the weight watchers programme works. She managed to lose shocking 80 pounds. Can you imagine? That is a lot of weight that she managed to lose. It couldn’t have been easy but she managed and now she looks better than she ever did. In fact, she was so impressed with her results that she also became a spokesperson for weight watchers. Not to sound like an advertisement but hey, that’s 2 celebs on our list that swear by that programme, so it must be good, right?

This lovely woman managed to lose weight pretty quickly after her pregnancy. And that’s taking into consideration that she couldn’t immediately go the gym because she has a C-section. She says she was just mindful of what she eats while she wasn’t allowed to exercise. Now that she can go to the gym she exercises almost every day with her personal trainer. Not an easy task for a mother, but she says she’s making it work by scheduling everything around her kid.

Kim has always been a curvy lady. However, we all saw that she put on quite a bit of weight while being pregnant. That’s perfectly natural and happens to a lot of women. Now how did she manage to still wear all those outfits and heels while she was pregnant, we’ll never know. Must be magic. What’s most impressive is how quickly she lost all her baby weight. Now that’s not magic, that’s the power of a good diet. According to one of her tweets she was following the Atkins diet.

Nicole looked quite curvy during her time at Jersey Shore, but today she looks like a completely different person. She lost 50 pounds and that’s a lot for someone so tiny and short. She was steadily losing weight by exercising vigorously and eating a healthy diet. It’s especially visible after her pregnancy. She looks amazing and she keeps exercising. She says she wants to be a fit mom, so she tries to fit in exercising time around her busy schedule of having a baby.

Janet has been struggling with her weight for most of her life. She’d lose it all and then gain it back, it kept yo-yoing for decades. But now it seems to have settled. She thanks Nutrisystem for that. Janet says that losing weight wasn’t the biggest problem for her. She could do that on her own, but then she’d gradually gain it back and then some. For Janet, maintaining her weight after she lost it was the most difficult part of her weight loss journey. Thankfully she found Nutrisystem and they had a program for maintaining weight.
